Refund policy

Within 14 calendar days from the moment of product/products delivery, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement. It is necessary to submit a request to SIA "Best Event Solutions" for the use of the right of withdrawal. The Customer must deliver the Product to the legal address of SIA "Best Event Solutions," no later than 14 days. The direct costs of returning the Product are covered by the Customer. SIA "Best Event Solutions" does not take responsibility if the Product is damaged due to the fault of the Customer.
