Distance Agreement

In this online store, the seller, SIA "Best Event Solutions," registration number 50103897601, legal address: Daugavas iela 2 - 109, Salaspils nov., Salaspils, LV-2121, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," on one side, and the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer," on the other side, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Terms

The Buyer places orders for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of items to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to make payments for the goods using the integrated online payment tools on the website or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller, which is sent to the Buyer via email. The electronic invoice is valid without a physical signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods, by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller upon the Buyer's request. The withdrawal form will be provided to the Buyer by the Seller via email.

The Buyer's responsibility is to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. The Buyer covers all expenses associated with returning the goods to the Seller.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable, or are designed for quick consumption.
  • The ordered goods are custom-made based on the Buyer's individual order.
  • The Buyer has opened audio or video recordings or computer program packages.

In accordance with Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period."

The Seller retains the right to reject the Buyer's use of the right of withdrawal and withhold compensation if the goods have been damaged due to careless handling, failure to follow instructions, loss of the original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By providing the necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have been informed and agree that the provided data will be used by the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with Latvian legislation. By providing the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.

Payment processing is facilitated by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, and, for the execution of payments, our company shares the necessary personal data with the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.
