Proof of purchase documents for products purchased on the website www.chil.day.

Signing the delivery receipt document provided by the courier when the ordered product is received via courier; c. Signing the document on-site when the ordered product is received from the courier or when it is picked up from a Pickup collection point; d. Entering the self-collection code to pick up the ordered product.

6. Claims that the order was not delivered after confirmation of receipt according to any of the methods described in point 44 are not accepted.

7. Payment processing is provided by the makecommerce.lv payment platform. Therefore, our company transfers the personal data required for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
